Almost 6 thousand PLN to start for summer work. Lidl has started recruitment, but it also sets a condition

The beginning of your career with a high L? Lidl Polska announces recruitment for the summer internship program “Lidl Way to Career” 2026. Students can expect places in the headquarters and sales offices, with salaries reaching almost PLN 6,000. PLN gross and the opportunity for permanent employment, which the heroes of this year's campaign have already taken advantage of. However, he sets a condition.

Lidl Polska opens the doors of its headquarters in Jankowice (near Poznań) and sales offices to students and graduates up to 30 years of age. The program is a three-month internship that starts on July 1 and ends on September 30, 2026. This is when young employees will be able to confront academic theory with market practice.

A key element was great independence in creating the internship project. My development was supervised by experienced experts, emphasizes Agata, who permanently joined the Lidl Polska team after last year's internship.

Proposed by Lidl remuneration ranges from PLN 5,120 to PLN 5,888 gross per month. Additionally, participants will be able to take advantage of a benefits package:

• access to learning foreign languages ​​via the application,

• professional training,
• as well as a set of internship gadgets.

For those who want to increase their chances in the recruitment process, Lidl has prepared a special event: March 17 at 4:00 p.m. at Concordia Design in Poznań. There you will be able not only to take part in workshops on competences on the labor market, but also to consult your CV.
