Adrian Mihalcea (49 years old), the coach of UTA Arad, held the press conference preceding the away duel with Steaua București, in the play-off of the Romanian Betano Cup. The match takes place on Tuesday, August 26, from 7:00 pm.

We meet CSA Steaua, a team that in the last 5 years would be promoted twice. A good team, constant in the first 6 in Liga 2. A team that certainly wants to go further in the cup, being their sure palpable objective.
It is also one of our goals, that of having a long way in the cup, ”said Mihalcea, at the conference.
Also, for the match in the Cup, the midfielders Marian Danciu and Laurențiu Vlăsceanu are injured, and the striker Daniel Zsori will not move, being fined.
The reason? The Hungarian gestured in the direction of the Aradians Bank at the match on their own ground with Unirea Slobozia. Sent in the last 5 minutes, he was wrong at the succession signed by Șerbănică, in the extensions of the match.
Regarding what happened to Daniel, not to dramatize, but it is not a beneficial thing to make such gestures. These things need to be regulated, small things can lead to disasters, between quotation marks, in the locker room and it would not be ok.
