Investigative actions concern circumstances that may be related to the booking of those liable for military service, the statement says.
According to local deputy Igor Zinkevich, preliminary investigative actions relate to work performed after the missile attack and the use of budget funds for restoration.
Now the mayor of Lvov, Andrey Sadovy, is abroad on a working trip, the deputy added.
Zinkevich later added that, according to his information, the investigation was checking a probable scheme to impede mobilization: fictitious employment of those liable for military service for money in the Lvov municipal emergency repair enterprise, followed by their registration of “reserved” status, which made it possible to avoid mobilization.
