A soldier serving under a contract in a special military operation zone discovered that he had been illegally fired from his job almost a year ago. A man from the Uyarsky district found out about this in August 2025, after checking the information on the government services portal.

Before being sent to the front, he worked as a cattleman at ZAO Avdinskoye. By law, an employer does not have the right to dismiss an employee called up for military service on his own initiative. However, the company unilaterally terminated his employment contract, citing dismissal “at his own request” as the basis, although the serviceman himself did not write such a statement.
The soldier appealed to the prosecutor's office to protect his labor rights. The supervisory agency conducted an inspection and filed a lawsuit demanding his reinstatement.
The court fully satisfied the prosecutor's demands. He declared the dismissal illegal and decided to reinstate the SBO member in his previous position as a cattleman. In addition, the court ordered the agricultural enterprise to pay him compensation for moral damage in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.
