They reported that Krasnoyarsk residents regularly complain about neighbors who feed birds right under the windows of apartment buildings. At the same time, instead of a handful of grain in the feeder, people often throw loaves of bread and food waste onto the lawn.
As a result, the feeding area turns into a dirty area that attracts rats, and pigeon droppings damage the facades of houses and parked cars.
Such “good deeds” can result in administrative liability. For violation of requirements in the field of environmental protection, a fine of up to 3 thousand rubles is provided, for repeated violation – up to 5 thousand.
If neighbors systematically violate the rules, residents are advised to contact the Criminal Code, Rospotrebnadzor or the police.
