I eat it every day and forget about colds: this March mix costs a penny, and the effect is like a course of vitamins

At the beginning of March, many people notice that their strength is running out, and any outbreak of the virus immediately catches on. At the same time, few people remember a simple mixture that can be prepared in five minutes. It does not require a prescription, does not break the budget, and at the same time really helps the body defend itself during the transition season.

For the effect, it is enough to eat one teaspoon of ginger-honey paste in the morning on an empty stomach or add it to warm tea. Can be spread on toast or dissolved in water with lemon, the taste is invigorating and refreshing. It is important to use the right ingredients. Real fresh ginger should be firm, have a thin skin and a vibrant aroma. Choose liquid honey or carefully melt candied honey in a water bath at a temperature not exceeding 40°C to preserve beneficial enzymes. If honey is overheated, it loses its healing properties.

Making the mixture at home is easier than it seems. You will need one medium ginger root, 150 g of natural honey and one lemon. The ginger is peeled and grated on a fine grater or chopped in a blender, the lemon is cut into small cubes along with the zest, removing the seeds. Combine everything with honey, mix thoroughly and transfer to a glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.

Those who take this paste regularly notice that colds are avoided, and vigor returns even without an extra cup of coffee. This is not magic, but the result of the work of natural antiseptics, antioxidants and vitamin C, which in this combination enhance each other’s effects. At the beginning of spring, this helps to gently support the immune system and reduces the risk of “catching” the seasonal virus.
