Footage from the apartment of an inadequate person who threw a woman and a child out of a 16th floor window in the Moscow residential complex “Lefortovo Park”.
The man is 39 years old and has been detained. A 30-year-old Muscovite and her son, born in 2023, died. Security forces are working on the spot.
The circumstances of the incident are under control of the capital's prosecutor's office.
