A number of companies that in the past had their VAT code canceled or suspended by ANAF, even many years ago, and now have been notified that they have payment amounts can be helped by the assumption by one of the coalition parties of a draft law in Parliament, which would grant them a tax amnesty for those amounts, sources told Profit.ro.
