So Rafał Trzaskowski. “Poland needs a president other than before”

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski emphasized at the election rally Rafał Trzaskowski that Poland needs a different president than before: a fake, predictable, regulated in Europe, patriotic and modern. As he assessed, such a person is the presidential candidate.

Sikorski emphasized that today the “catching up” of the Germans, when it comes to the standard of living, is within the range of generation that has already been born. “You just have to do it with your head, neither fearfully nor boldly,” he said.
He noted that Poles will choose a new president. “We need such a president who in this relay of generations will contribute to our success in this modernization race with other countries that never ends. We need such a president who cooperates with the government, and does not put a stick in the spokes. He represents the country well and does not bring him ashamed,” he said.
Sikorski noted that what competitors “remind” Trzaskowski – that is, as he said, knowledge of languages - is useful to everyone. “I guarantee you that President Trzaskowski will not tell the US vice president that he is his +friend in d ** k +” – he said.
“Poland needs a other president than before. It needs a fate, predictable, settled in Europe, patriotic and at the same time modern. Poland needs President Trzaskowski,” said Sikorski.
Trzaskowski: We need a president from the will of a nation who will connect, and not divide
Poland needs a president from the will of the nation, one who will connect, does not divide – said at the Sunday rally in Poznań the candidate KO for President Rafał Trzaskowski. He assured him that he was a “civic candidate”. The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski and the wife of Trzaskowski, Małgorzata, took the floor.
Trzaskowski, referring to the 1000th anniversary of the coronation of Bolesław the Brave, said that the stake of the next election is whether we would “choose the president who will be the president of only one tribe” or whether voters will indicate a person who will be “the president of all Polish women and Poles, the whole nation.”
“I can say with all power that I am your candidate, a civic candidate” – assured Trzaskowski gathered at the Wolności Square in Poznań.
In his speech to the gathered, Trzaskowski mentioned the Sunday, Łódź convention of presidential candidate supported by PiS Karol Nawrocki. “I felt really sorry, because I saw that Jarosław Kaczyński came to the convention and put, in front of him, the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda and put him from the other side – on himself – Mr. Karol Nawrocki. And he felt no embarrassment in it” – said Trzaskowski.
“Today we need the President of the Republic of Poland, who will be the president from your decision, who will be the president of the Republic of Poland from the will of the nation, and who will merge, and not divide,” said the politician.
Trzaskowski estimated that over the past year the government “manages to rebuild Poland's position in the EU and NATO”, as well as rebuild the Polish economy. In his opinion, the government also managed to “defend free media and free courts” and lead to the fact that Poland can continue to grow. He emphasized, however, that there is still “a lot” to do.
The KO candidate also talked about the need for perception and experience in politics and about “building Poland for everyone”. The politician also argued that the president's most important task is to “focus on equality” that all citizens have equal access to education, public transport and healthcare.
According to him, many politicians do not take any responsibility, because they prefer to fill in the roles of reviewers. He emphasized that performing the function of the president of Warsaw taught him that it is necessary to “build Poland for everyone, regardless of who who votes and what political sympathies”.
Trzaskowski pointed out that true patriotism connects, builds and extends an open hand to everyone, but “not a fist, because politics is not a boxing ring.”
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski, speaking before the speech of Rafał Trzaskowski, was convinced by the gathered that Poland needs a president who would contribute to the success of our country in the “modernization race with other countries”. “We need such a president who interacts with the government and does not put a stick in the spokes. He represents the country well and does not bring him shame,” he said.
Sikorski also noted that what competitors “remind” Trzaskowski – that is, as he said, knowledge of languages - is useful to everyone.
In his speech, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also read a fragment of a document establishing the Targowicka Confederation of 1792, which mentioned the request “that the Polish -Lithuanian Commonwealth was granted, self -deserting, independent, it would be all over the limits, because she had been subordinate to anyone for centuries, no one, she was not subject to the property.”
“What kind of lesson? Well, that not everyone who speaks of patriotism is the most, actually serves the homeland. They will say today – representatives of today's opposition – but not to us, we are suspicious of Putin, towards Russia, and Targowica gave Poland to the tsarist's Pact Katarzyna. This is not the point. Putin does not need to love him or Russia. Anti -Western ” – noted Sikorski.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also calculated a number of European countries that lost wars with Russia alone. He added that together we are “power” and noted that the European unity wants to destroy the Russian president.
The wife of the President of Warsaw, Małgorzata Trzaskowska, also performed on the stage. In her speech she expressed concern for the future of her children “with such a dynamically changing world.”
“And this is the future of our children, all Polish children, is the stake of these choices. I want them to live in a safe state, managed by wise, competent and honest people who have a healthy moral spine, who can be an authority for children and youth. In a country where we respect each other, regardless of views and simply create a community,” she said.
During the speech of Małgorzata Trzaskowska, near the scene she spoke, there was a scuffle between the participants of the assembly, bodyguards and people from the Maltese Association Nasz Dom, which kept, among others Green flags of your organization. Activists were forcibly moved out of the rally.
