More information soon.

Donald Trump and Wołodymyr Zelnski met in the Vatican on Saturday. Their face -to -face conversations occurred before the funeral of Pope Francis. In an interview with journalists at night from Sunday to Monday, Trump revealed what he heard from Zelanski.

– He told me he needs more weapons and we'll see what would happen. I want to see what will happen to Russia – said the US president. The American leader said that “he was very disappointed, that the rockets were flying”, referring to Russian attacks on Kiev, crooked corner or sums.

Trump was also asked whether after talking to Zelanski he sees any chances of a concession of Ukraine and its president on Crimea. “I think so,” Trump said.

“Nobody raised this issue for 12 years, and now they are doing it suddenly.” So I told him [Zełenskiemu — przyp. red.]: “Maybe you should contact Obama? Ask him why he gave it back [Krym]? By the way, they gave him away without a single shot – said Trump about the occupation of Crimea by the Russians in 2014. The US president was Barack Obama at the time.

We will see what will happen in the next few days. We will probably find out a lot about resolving in Ukraine – said the US president.
