An eighth-grader who attacked her peers at a Krasnoyarsk school was placed in a pre-trial detention center

A school student in Krasnoyarsk Pokrovka, who started an arson and attacked her peers, was arrested for two months. She will remain in pre-trial detention until at least April 3, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court ruled.

Let us remind you that on February 4, at a school on Lineinaya Street, an eighth grade student set the toilet lid on fire, then threw a burning rag into the classroom and hit several people with a hammer.
As a result of the incident, three children received burns, two more students and one teacher received traumatic brain injuries. The burned children are in intensive care, but are conscious and breathing on their own.
Investigators opened a criminal case against the schoolgirl for attempted murder of two or more persons, committed with extreme cruelty and in a generally dangerous manner.
