The Minister of Health, details about the medical situation of the injured Greek supporters in Timiș

The patients injured in the road accident that occurred on Tuesday in the town of Lugojel are hemodynamically stable, but their medical situation remains dynamic, the Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, said.

“Following stabilization and medical evaluations, the patients are currently hemodynamically stable, under continuous monitoring and specialized treatment. The medical situation remains dynamic and is closely monitored by the medical teams”the minister wrote on Facebook.
Three male patients, aged 20, 20 and 28, were transported to the “Pius Brînzeu” County Emergency Clinical Hospital in Timisoara. After the complete assessment carried out in the Emergency Reception Unit (UPU), they were admitted as follows:
* a patient at Polytraumatology (Casa Austria) – multiple polytraumas and bilateral pulmonary contusions;
* a patient at Orthopedics – sacral wing fracture;
* a patient at Neurosurgery – minimal subarachnoid hemorrhage and polycontusions
“First of all, I convey my condolences to the bereaved families and to all those affected by the tragic road accident in the town of Lugojel. As a result of the event, 10 victims were registered, of which, unfortunately, seven people lost their lives”. said Alexandru Rogobete.
The Minister stated that he is in direct contact with the Minister of Health in Greece, considering that the people involved are Greek citizens, to coordinate the situation and inform the authorities correctly.
Seven Greek citizens, supporters of the PAOK team, lost their lives on Tuesday in a serious road accident on DN 6, in the town of Lugojel. They were traveling by minibus to Lyon, where their favorite team was going to play.
