Krasnoyarsk parents were reminded at what temperature a child may not go to school.

A severe frost is approaching Krasnoyarsk — the temperature on some days will reach −33 °C, and at night drop to −40 °C. The city education department reminded that parents themselves can decide whether their child should not attend classes, based on current weather conditions.
So, students 1–4 classes can stay at home if street thermometers show −32 °C or lower. If a strong wind blows (more than 10 m/With), then you can not take your child to school even at −27 °C.
Middle and high school students (5–11th graders) can stay at home in temperatures of −35 °C or colder. If there is strong wind, you may not need to go to school even at −30 °C.
Schools are now operating as usual, the education department notes.
