Bon appetit!
Question and answer:
How long do these nuts last?
Up to 2 weeks in a dry, airtight jar. If you add a little ground cloves or ginger, the shelf life will increase due to natural antioxidants.
Is it possible to bake nuts without oil?
You can, but the oil helps the spices distribute evenly and prevents the honey from burning. A teaspoon is enough for 200 g of nuts.
