For a low-quality built-in microwave oven costing 10,320 rubles, a resident of Krasnoyarsk will receive more than 60 thousand rubles.
The woman made the purchase back in May 2023 through the website of the M.Video store at Edil-Import LLC. But after 10 months of use, the sensor on the microwave control panel broke down. Since it was under warranty, Krasnoyarsk turned to the seller with a demand to eliminate the defect free of charge. That took the product to check its quality, and as a result reported that the model had already been discontinued. When the woman demanded a replacement for a similar microwave of the same brand, she was refused without a reasoned explanation and turned to Rospotrebnadzor.
