Unmarked shoes of a famous brand were seized in a store on the right bank of Krasnoyarsk

Rospotrebnadzor specialists identified violations of mandatory requirements in the “Friend of the Family” clothing and footwear store, located in Krasnoyarsk on 26 Baku Commissioners Street. The reason for the unscheduled inspection was a signal from the Honest Sign system.

When inspecting the outlet, we found sneakers and flip-flops of the Adidas brand on sale without markings in Russian. “The product did not contain the necessary information about who, where and when these shoes were made, nor about the composition of the raw materials and the materials used. There was also no marking with the Unified Mark of Product Circulation on the Market of the Member States of the Customs Union. The entrepreneur did not provide shipping documents for the products being sold. Based on the results of the inspection, an arrest was placed on 72 pairs shoes with a total value of more than 136,000 rubles,” said Rospotrebnadzor.

According to Article 14.45 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Violation of the procedure for the sale of products subject to mandatory confirmation of conformity” IP Morozova O.V. punished with a fine of 20,000 rubles, which has already been paid.
