Fraudsters began to use “circles” with conversations from Telegram to cause confidence in potential victims
They download them from hacked accounts, move and convince close victims that they urgently need money.
Also, to create a diplay, scammers call the victim on the video, introducing themselves as a courier, make a screen recording and create a circle from the video.
Many people are already caught in the catch. Some even took loans and sold real estate.
