How to do it
- Metronome. We pull the ear to the shoulder, feeling stretching on the side. Alternately in each direction.
- Spring. The crown is stretched to the ceiling until the tension sensation in the posterior surface of the neck, linger for 15 seconds. Then the chin is pulled forward, after which – up. We move up and down, like a spring.
- A look at the sky. Slowly we take your head back, trying not to throw it abruptly. We look up, breathe deeply. Helps open the arteries and relieve tension in the back of the head.
- Goose. We pull the neck forward as much as possible, the face looks straight. On a large arc, the chin must be taken to the left armpit and linger for 15 seconds, then we return it back – the movement looks like a “shing” goose.
- Frame. Turn the head and try to look over the shoulder, hold the position for a couple of seconds.
- Fakir. We fold the palms in front of us, raise ourselves over our heads and slowly tilt the right and left, without tearing our palms.
- Airplane. We put our hands smoothly back. 2-3 attempts, then connect the shoulder blades, fix it for 10-15 seconds, then slowly lower the hands down. Next, we do with the hands diluted in the diagonal. First, the right hand is at the top, then the left.
- Heron. We serve the case forward, the chin is stretched as much as possible. We spread the hands to the sides and take it back to the sensation of tension in the shoulder blades.
- Tree. Raise straight arms up and bend your wrists to each other with your palms outward. We hold the back evenly. Having felt the tension in your hands, you can push the head a little forward and stretch with your palms up, feeling the stretch and tension along the entire spinal column.
