In Krasnoyarsk they are again trying to sell the property of the former television plant. The city administration published a corresponding resolution.
A large land plot with an area of 1.7 hectares and 13 real estate properties will be put up for auction. The lot includes ten buildings, two chimneys and fencing. The total area of the premises is about 6.6 thousand square meters. The starting price of the package is 73.27 million rubles, writes Gorod Prima.
This is already the second attempt to sell these assets. In April 2025, a lot with the same territory, but valued at 84.6 million rubles, did not find a buyer. Now the starting price has been reduced by more than 11 million rubles.
The company itself ceased operation in the 1990s. Now its former workshops house small production facilities, offices, and commercial premises.
