In the Balakhtinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a man on a snowmobile crashed into a parked truck and died, the traffic police reported.

The incident happened in the village of Tyulkovo, Balakhtinsky district. At the moment, police officers are establishing the circumstances of the accident.

According to preliminary data, the night before the 35-year-old driver of a Stels snowmobile was driving along Lenin Street. He lost control and crashed into a parked Volvo truck with a trailer. The man died on the way to the hospital from his injuries.

Police officers determined that the snowmobile was not registered. In addition, the driver did not have a license to drive this type of transport.

“Traffic inspectors urge road users to be attentive and careful, and strictly adhere to traffic rules,” the departmental press service wrote.
