Krasnoyarsk residents complained about a beer store due to noisy unloading in the courtyard of a residential building

December 5 9:27

The Office of Rospotrebnadzor for the Krasnoyarsk Territory filed a lawsuit against the Pivnoy Prichal store on Baturin Street. The reason for the lawsuit was a violation of sanitary rules: the store unloaded goods from the courtyard of an apartment building, where the entrances to the apartments are located.

The department began an inspection in the summer after a complaint from residents who reported that loaders were regularly working in the yard. Specialists recorded a violation of SanPiN and issued a warning to the entrepreneur, but the situation did not change.

Since the store owner did not take action, Rospotrebnadzor prepared a lawsuit demanding a ban on unloading goods from the residential yard. The first court hearing in the case is scheduled for December 2025.
