On this day, David Iosifovich Kudish was born – director of school No. 3 of the village. Smidovich.
David Iosifovich was born in Ukraine. He studied at school there. In 1942, during the Great Patriotic War, he and his family was evacuated to the village of Smidovich EAO.
After graduating from the railway school-seven-year-old No. 10, David Iosifovich remained working in it with a senior pioneering, and in the evening to get secondary education, continued to study at the evening school. The pioneer squad under the leadership of David Kudish became the best in the area. The energetic counselor was noticed and transferred to the head of the department of pioneers and schoolchildren of the district committee of the Komsomol.
After graduating from high school, David Iosifovich entered the Birobidzhan Pedagogical School.
He gained the first pedagogical experience being the head of a one -complex elementary school at the URMI station, where he got by distribution and where he worked for a year.
He continued to receive education in absentia in Khabarovsk, first at the teacher’s faculty, and then at the historical and philological.
In 1968, in the village of Smidovich, a secondary school No. 3 was built, the first director of which was David Iosifovich Kudish. 23 years (until 1991), David Iosifovich was the director of this school and in combination taught Russian and literature, and later history.
Having gone on a well -deserved rest, David Iosifovich was in the center of public life.
In 1999, David Iosifovich passed away.
Smidovichs carefully store the memory of their teacher.
In 2012, on the building of the third school of the village. Smidovich David Iosifovich Kudish installed a commemorative board.

In 2021, Smidovic school No. 3 was named after D.I. Kudisha.

Decree No. 96 IV Plenum of the Blucherovsky District Executive Committee of the EAO “On the Red Banner – the gift of Odessa proletarians” was adopted. Excerpts from the document:
“The received gift from Odessa proletarians is the Red Banner-to use as a transitional red banner for presenting to the best village council, which managed to organize a hay of haymaking and haying in the established time and exemplary prepare for cleaning.
To entrust the Presidium of the district executive committee to organize a competition of village councils for the right to conquer the passing Red Banner.
The plenum of the district executive committee calls on all village councils and collective farms, all collective farmers and collective farmers to justify the Bolshevik struggle for hay and harvesting the honorary award of Odessa proletarians. “
