In Achinsk, bailiffs helped a man regain his previous position after illegal dismissal.
The man worked for a long time as a site manager in a construction company, but due to disagreements with management, he was fired.
Then the former employee went to court. After the proceedings, the company was obliged to reinstate him in his position. The Achinets turned to the bailiffs with the writ of execution. They warned the director of the construction company that in case of failure to comply with the court decision, the organization would be charged 50 thousand rubles, and also told about criminal liability.
After this, the company management provided the bailiff with an order to reinstate the employee and showed him the finished workplace. The man was able to continue his work.
