A Minusinsk resident lost his Mercedes ML crossover for drunk driving

The Minusinsk City Court sentenced a local resident who got behind the wheel again while intoxicated. As punishment, the man's Mercedes-Benz ML350 was confiscated.

The court found that in January 2024 the driver had already been deprived of his license for 1.5 years for driving while intoxicated. However, in July 2025, before the expiration of his sentence, he again got behind the wheel drunk and drove along the streets of Minusinsk until he was detained by traffic police officers.

At the meeting, the defendant fully admitted his guilt. The court sentenced him to 200 hours of compulsory work with repeated deprivation of his driver's license for 1.5 years. The car was confiscated. The verdict has not yet entered into legal force.
