Trzaskowski's staff decided on the election protest. Gives five evidence

– We have been analyzing the results of the election for many days – the commission after the commission. We analyzed 31,627 regional electoral commissions throughout Poland. Based on this data, I submit a personal electoral protest – wrote on the platform X Tomczyk, encouraging a similar step – until Monday – other citizens.
He also informed that on Monday the protest would also be submitted by the election committee of Rafał Trzaskowski – the presidential candidate, who in the second round of presidential elections lost to the candidate supported by PiS Karol Nawrocki. According to PKW data, the difference between them amounted to over 369 thousand votes.
Among the five evidence, Tomczyk first indicated “inexplicable growth of invalid voices” with a double sign “x” – where Trzaskowski won in the first round. – In committees, where Trzaskowski won in the first round – an increase in such voices was an average of 149.9 percent. In committees, where Nawrocki won – only 44.6 percent Over three times the difference. These votes cannot be assigned +accident +. This may be the effect of mass annulment – he assessed.
Tomczyk also wrote that “equally drastic growth concerns invalid voices in total – with an emphasis on empty cards.” “In committees, where Trzaskowski won – an increase in invalid voices in total amounted to an average of 177.5 percent in committees, where Nawrocki won – only 77.9 percent is over four times the difference in the number of empty cards. Statistically not to defend. Such jumps require urgent control” – assessed the politician.
Another proof – according to him – is that in 3800 committees there were suspiciously high results of Nawrocki, which – as he said – was calculated on the basis of the Uce Research model. “In 800 committees, Nawrocki received? 33 percent more votes than the electorate flow model. The sum of these surplus votes: over 36,000. Alealog cases in favor of RT: 200 committees, 4,000 votes. Ratio 9: 1. Too large to ignore it” – wrote Tomczyk.
He also reminded that in Kraków and Mińsk Mazowiecki it was detected that the candidates were assigned the opposite, and this error reached hundreds of votes. “It was improved only after the intervention of the media and citizens! The PKW did not detect it. The system failed. If the error for hundreds of votes went unnoticed – what about the rest of the country?” He added.

The last fifth evidence – in Tomczyk's opinion – concerns statistics. “Statistics do not lie: 7 shifted votes for a commission = 442,778 votes differences on a national scale. 7 votes deducted to Trzaskowski and added to Nawrocki × 31 627 committees = 442 778. This is enough to reverse the result of the election. And such a shift is difficult to detect without re -counting” – he summed up, pointing to the sources of analysis, including regarding the civic electoral protest.
– It's not about undermining democracy. The idea is to save her. We demand the conversion of votes where the data indicate serious deviations – he added.
Monday is the last day for submitting in the Court the highest protests against the election of the President of the Republic of Poland. The protest can be submitted directly to the SN building during court hours from 8 to 16 or via Poczta Polska. On Friday afternoon, the Supreme Court announced that 434 protests had been received so far. Earlier, on Thursday, the Supreme Court also informed that he ordered the conversion of votes from 13 peripheral election committees.
