According to preliminary data, tentatively at 18.20, the 19-year cadet of the Academy of the GPSU, who served on the responsibility of the Chernivtsi border detachment, shot himself in the head from the weapons entrusted to him.
“Now the investigative-operational group is working at the scene along with the forensics, an inspection of the scene is being inspected. After the completion of the priority measures, the issue of registering criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with a note of suicide will be decided,” Shevchenko said.
