On May 23, the troops of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on the civilian infrastructure of the Odessa region, resulting in casualties. The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Oleg Kiper reported this on Telegram.
According to preliminary information from the official, nine people were injured as a result of the attack, including three children aged 8-12 years. Their condition is assessed as moderate.
Seven victims were hospitalized. One of the patients is in serious condition.
All relevant services are working at the site of the Russian strike; the exact consequences of the strike will be known later, Kiper added.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned about the threat of the use of ballistic weapons from the south at 20.13.
