Ingredients:
- chicken (quarter) – 3-4 pcs.;
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
- garlic – three cloves;
- cilantro;
- cream 20–30% – 200 ml;
- salt, pepper, spices;
- bread.
Preparation
- Fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
- Add garlic, cream, cilantro, spices and bake for 15–20 minutes at +200 °C. Serve with bread.
