In Krasnoyarsk, the prosecutor's office continues to monitor the investigation into the case of abuse of power by employees of the municipal management company “Krasnoyarsk” and the Department of Municipal Economy of Krasnoyarsk. A criminal case was initiated based on materials from inspections by the prosecutor's office and the FSB Directorate.
It was previously revealed that in November 2023, the municipal enterprise sold real estate to ABZ JSC under an agreement. The buyer paid for the property, but the city mayor's adviser gave illegal instructions to avoid transferring the property. The prosecutor's office does not mention his name, but earlier the Sledkom reported that it was Arthur Harutyunyan.

“In addition, under his leadership, the preparation and sending to the joint-stock company of notices of termination of purchase and sale agreements was organized. The company has lost the ability to own, use and dispose of its property», — told the prosecutor's office.
During the investigation of the criminal case, a pre-trial cooperation agreement was concluded with the adviser to the mayor. He pledged to actively assist the investigation in solving crimes, provide objective and reliable information, and also help bring other participants in the criminal scheme to justice.
“However, the accused showed insincerity: the information he provided was abstract and did not contribute to an effective investigation. As a result, the prosecutor's office decided to terminate the pre-trial agreement. This means that the accused has lost the right to count on a more lenient punishment.», — explained in the press service.
