Broccoli recipe in batter: I fry in 20 minutes – and eat at once, have time to cook

Sometimes I really want something simple, but at the same time non-banal. Broccoli in batter is a great option for those who are tired of the usual side dishes. This dish combines the benefits of vegetables and a delicious crispy crust.

Prepare it once, and it will definitely become your loved one:

Ingredients

  • Broccoli – 500 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 3 tbsp. tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Water or milk-2-3 tbsp. tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Cooking

1. Disassemble broccoli into small inflorescences, rinse thoroughly and boil in boiling salted water literally 3-4 minutes.

2. Mix eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add water or milk to make a consistency of thick sour cream.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Dip every broccoli inflorescence in the batter and put in a pan.

4. Fry on each side until golden crust. Put the finished dish on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
