2 ml per 1 liter – zamioculcas will “stupefy” and sprout new shoots: very quick results

Zamioculcas, or the “dollar tree,” is considered an unpretentious plant, but many gardeners fail to get active growth from it or at least the appearance of new shoots. Sometimes the plant seems to “fall asleep” – it stops growing, the leaves lose their shine and become dull. Most often this occurs due to a deficiency of nutrients and vitamins.

You can restore vitality to zamioculcas with the help of a simple but effective fertilizer based on ammonia – an affordable remedy from your home medicine cabinet.

Fertilizer recipe:

  1. Take 1 liter of clean, settled water.
  2. Add 2 ml of ammonia (10%) – it is important not to exceed the dose so as not to burn the roots.
  3. To enhance the effect, add 3-4 drops of “Zircon” – a stimulator of plant growth and immunity.
  4. Mix the solution thoroughly.

How to use:

  1. Water the plant in small portions, strictly at the root.
  2. A prerequisite: the soil should be slightly moist before fertilizing. Never water “dry” – this can damage the root system.
  3. Carry out the procedure once every 2–3 weeks during the growing season (spring–summer). In winter, it is better to stop feeding.

How does the product work?

Ammonia – a source of nitrogen, which promotes the growth of green mass. It gently stimulates the plant's metabolism, replenishes nutritional deficiencies and helps awaken dormant buds. In combination with Zircon, the effect is enhanced: the plant receives both nutrition and an impetus for growth.
