Schoolchildren of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are invited to take part in the Olympiad in Informatics from Yandex. Education”. Participants will be able to qualify for additional points for the Unified State Exam.
The Ministry of Digital Development of the region said that the Olympiad will be held in three rounds. The first is held from November 17 to December 21, 2025 and consists of logic and programming tasks in Blockly and Python. Students from grades 5 to 11 can participate. This is the only stage for students in grades 5-7. 50 winners will be determined among them.
The leaders of the previous stage from grades 8–11 participate in the second round. The competition will take place on February 14 and 18, 2026. The children will be offered tasks in theoretical computer science, algorithmic programming, working with data, web programming, executor programming and logical thinking.
The third round will take place in Moscow on March 20–22, 2026. The 20 strongest participants will be invited to it. On the first day, students’ individual skills will be assessed, and on the second day, team work will be assessed.
Winners and participants will receive diplomas, their achievements will be included in the federal register “Navigator of Success”. Winners and runners-up will also receive talent points that will automatically go into their digital portfolio. Children can use this portfolio to participate in NTO competitions, design schools, internships and accelerators.
