Four cows do not give rest to the inhabitants of the village of Mano. Over the past year, they damaged 200 thousand rubles, reports the North-Press publication with reference to the press service of the administration of the municipality.
“Four cows contain private owners in men. The harm in the form of bowel movements on playgrounds, sidewalks, in squares and other public territories. In addition, landscaping suffers greatly – they trample the planted flowers. Oral complaints are received that cows go to the courtyards to people, trampled up to private individuals, ”the press service said.
On the playgrounds there are rubber anti -jacket coatings, which are difficult to clean from the bowel movements of animals. Removing traces from the visits of cows costs the authorities not cheap.
To solve the problem, deputies of the district proposed introducing fines for the sample of cows. The bill will be considered at the next meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug. In addition, in men this year they will create their own platform for grazing a turbulence.
