In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a criminal case has been opened against the former head of a dental clinic, the press service of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia reported.
According to investigators, from July 2023 to April 2025, the suspect, holding the position of head of a dental clinic, provided paid medical services for orthopedic care to patients without concluding contracts and on an extraordinary basis. For illegal services, the man received a bribe in the total amount of more than 800 thousand rubles.
“He is suspected of committing a crime under paragraph “c” of Part 5 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (receiving a bribe on a large scale). A criminal case was initiated based on materials submitted by the Department of Economic Safety and Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Yenisei”,” the department said.

Currently, the suspect is detained, the investigation intends to petition the court to impose a preventive measure against him in the form of house arrest. Also, as part of the criminal investigation, a legal assessment of the actions of the bribers will be given, investigators specified.
