Viktor Orban doesn't bite his tongue. “We will not send our children to slaughter on Brussels' orders.”

“Today we have a message for the whole world: Hungarians say no to war. We will not die for Ukraine! We will not send our children to slaughter on Brussels' orders” – Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban wrote on social media on Thursday.
“If you can, join us. May the sound of peace be the loudest today! Stand bravely against war“, the Hungarian Prime Minister wrote on Facebook, encouraging citizens to take part in what he called the Peace March.

This time the rally coincides with a national holiday commemorating the anti-Soviet uprising in Hungary in 1956, which was crushed by Moscow.
Viktor Orban torpedoes EU actions regarding Ukraine
Viktor Orban is also scheduled to take part in the EU summit, the central point of which is the war in Ukraine. In his opinion, the EU is seeking war with Russia.
“The President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, says Europe is at war, Prime Minister Donald Tusk – that we must come to terms with the fact that the Russian-Ukrainian war is also our warand the Prime Minister of Sweden, Ulf Kristersson, that there is a need to increase pressure on Hungary to work on bringing Ukraine closer to the EU,” Viktor Orban recently pointed out.
“These are ominous signs. Europe is rapidly heading towards war. The Hungarian reality is that the war abroad is not ours. There is no European unity regarding Ukraine's membership in the EU and there cannot be it without us. Hungarian money will not flow to Ukraine. As long as Hungary has a national government, certainly not!” said the Hungarian Prime Minister.
