The State Duma offered to return the coupons for food following the example of the USSR
The State Duma Committee on the Financial Market has already supported this initiative. It believes that this measure will help protect the poor from inflation and guarantee them a set of goods necessary for survival.
Earlier, the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region announced the appearance of food coupons for pensioners and poor since 2025. In the State Duma they want to spread such a measure to all of Russia.
