Tank full of dangerous substances, overturned on DN 1, between Braşov and Predeal. Traffic is completely blocked

Road traffic is blocked in both directions on DN1, between Brașov and Predeal, in the Upper Timișul de Sus area, following the accident that caused the tanker to overturn.
“Traffic blocked on DN1, between Braşov and Predeal! At the moment, traffic is stopped in both directions in the Timişul de Sus area after a tanker loaded with dangerous substances overturned following an accident”, the Regional Directorate of Roads and Bridges Braşov reported on Wednesday morning, according to News.ro.
The institution states that, although both vehicles are off the road, there is a possibility of leaks, so traffic is being diverted to alternative routes. It is raining in the area at the moment.
