Checking the manufacturer, who worked with the “traffic light”, found not only jambs in technical regulations, but also fake goods. In short: vegetable fats were added in the manufacture of dairy products and moved from tax for their use. As a result – verification, distribution of fines and increased tax of 20% of the Federal Tax Service.
Falsification was confirmed in 12 regions. At most points of the Russian Federation, the Rosselkhoznadzor has already discovered the next sales of delay with a violation of the packaging and the lack of marking. All documents are sent to the prosecutor's office for verification.
