Frosts reaching down to -3 degrees Celsius are expected on soil surfaces across Ukraine in the coming days, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center (UkrHMC). On October 1, these conditions will primarily affect the western, northern, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Poltava regions. Between October 2 and 3, similar frost conditions are anticipated in most other regions of the country.
