The Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office has officially revoked the record of suspicion against the director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) in the national registry. This decision comes amid a backdrop of ongoing tape releases by Krawchenko, who recently published the second installment of recordings.
The tapes allege that Kryvonos was involved in a scheme during 2014 that involved undervaluing a land plot near Kyiv, reportedly profiting $72,000 from this transaction. In both recordings, the NABU head is referred to as “Janus.” Krawchenko insists that the notification of suspicion was properly delivered, as confirmed by relevant postal receipts. He warns that any attempt to annul this record or remove details from the Unified State Register of Court Decisions (ЄРДР) would be seen as political and unlawful interference.
