General Chereshnya Files Complaint with NABU Over Defense Procurement Issues

General Chereshnya is preparing to submit a complaint to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) regarding what it claims are illegal and non-transparent activities by the Defense Procurement Agency concerning fiber-optic drone acquisitions. The company expresses concerns about potential corruption, citing that the tender conditions seem tailored for specific manufacturers and that a transparent procurement process is lacking.

The company’s position is that the procurement should be suspended or canceled until adjustments are made to comply with legal standards. They advocate for conducting the tender on an open platform, specifically Prozorro, to ensure transparency and fairness.
