A crowd attacked employees of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK) in Ternopil, as confirmed by police. Local news outlets report that TCK personnel were attempting to extract a man from an apartment building when they were confronted. In response, civilians blocked the vehicle and assaulted it. Authorities are currently working to identify all individuals involved in the incident.
