“Successful reintegration is possible only if the atmosphere is supportive in a team, where a person, for example, is not just sitting on a prosthesis, catching compassionate views, but actually works, develops and receives a decent salary,” Gorbatiuk said.
Interpipe Victor Pinchuk created a full patronage service that accompanies mobilized, veterans and family of servicemen from among the employees of the enterprise. There are already more than a thousand. 189 veterans returned to work.
