A Krasnoyarsk man stole phones from a saleswoman and a student

A 38-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk will be tried on charges of stealing three cell phones, police said.

A man committed one crime in a flower pavilion. He asked to sell him roses, but when the seller went away to buy flowers, her earphone lost connection with the gadget, and then she saw the customer leaving, who grabbed two phones from the table.

In another case, the defendant fraudulently took possession of a student’s phone, asked to make a call and fled with his cell phone.

The total damage to the victims amounted to 28 thousand rubles.

After the arrest, a criminal case was opened and investigated against the attacker under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft” and Part 2 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fraud”. He had previously been convicted of property crimes.
