A new VTB office opened in Krasnoyarsk on 60 Let Obrazovaniya SSSR Ave., 21 in the Solnechny microdistrict, one of the most remote microdistricts of the city, where VTB was not represented before. The branch became the fourth space opened in Krasnoyarsk in a new format.
Qualified bank specialists will help retail clients arrange deposits, bank cards (including Pushkinskaya) and other products, transfer pension receipts to the bank, connect digital services, pay for services without commission, and set up a loyalty program.
The new location has a waiting area with an electronic queue, a coffee machine, and Wi-Fi is available in the customer area. A meeting room is provided for confidential meetings. There are two ATMs with an expanded range of functions installed in the 24-hour zone.
The office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.
“The Solnechny microdistrict is a fast-growing area, a place of life for about 70 thousand citizens who, like all of us, have to deal with financial issues every day. We are all accustomed to online services, but as practice shows, in about half of the cases it is more convenient for people to come to the bank and consult with a specialist,” noted Alexander Vanyushkin, VTB manager in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republics of Khakassia and Tyva.
