The court suspended the work of the KrasMol enterprise due to gross violations (video)

Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor conducted an unscheduled inspection of the milk processing plant KrasMol LLC in the village of Berezovka and revealed numerous gross violations of sanitary rules and hygiene standards, as well as failure to comply with anti-epidemic measures.

It is reported that the inspection was carried out due to the presence of low-quality products from this manufacturer on the consumer market.

Experts discovered the following violations at the milk processing plant:

• Production went on simultaneously with construction and repair work – building materials were lying next to the packaging and packing areas for finished products, and spare parts for equipment repairs, bags of cement, fittings and personal belongings were stored in the butter production workshop.
• The milk was taken from a tanker covered in road mud.
• The yoghurts in the warehouse had an advance production date.
• The equipment at the butter and cottage cheese packaging area is covered with dirt, dust and corrosion.
• The butter was stored on pallets without refrigeration equipment; the boxes were saturated with grease.
• Dirty and clean boxes lay mixed up near the dairy products packaging area.
• Just one washing bath, which is clearly not enough – untreated boxes were reused.
• There is no separate room for storing food packaging.
• The floors are potholed, dirt and debris are everywhere.
• The selected samples of butter from the peasant butter brand “Dairy Products from Berezovka” did not meet the standards for microbiological safety indicators – they were found to contain Escherichia coli bacteria, yeast and mold.

Based on the results of the inspection, the court imposed an administrative penalty on KrasMol LLC in the form of suspension of activities for 60 days.

“Currently, the business entity is eliminating the identified violations,” Rospotrebnadzor said.
