In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the healthcare sector will receive additional funding in the amount of 1.2 billion rubles. An amendment to the budget was considered on the Committee on Health and Social Policy of the Legislative Assembly.
Finance Minister Vladimir Bakhar explained that one of the largest amounts will go to the purchase of preferential medicines. More than 117.5 million rubles are forced for these purposes. Deputy Minister of Health Sergey Evininenko explained that the money will also go to the implementation of national and regional projects – the overhaul of the Krasnoyarsk regional specialized houses of the child 3 and 4. 44 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.
More than 102 million rubles will be sent to compensate for the cost of travel to the place of treatment and vice versa for living in the Arctic zone of the region. About 119 million rubles are provided for one -time payments to doctors who arrived at work in Achinsk, Kansk, Minusinsk, Lesosibirsk, Norilsk.
560 million rubles allocated for the maintenance of healthcare institutions will allow you to repair:
- Krasnoyarsk regional skin and venereological dispensary No. 1,
- Norilsk city hospital No. 2,
- Krasnoyarsk Regional Psychoneurological Dispensary No. 1,
- The district hospital in Primorsk Balakhtinsky district.
In the amount of more than 95 million rubles, equipment will be purchased in hospitals, including apparatus for artificial ventilation of light and replacement renal therapy in departments of anesthesiology and resuscitation. About 65 million rubles will be launched for the reconstruction of the clinic in Shalinsky, the Divnogorsk inter -district hospital, and the repair of the hospital in Kedrovoy.
Also, funds are provided for the construction of clinics in Emelyanovo, Kozulka, medical outpatients in the villages of the Khrebtovo of the Boguchansky district, Cheryomushki of the Balakhtinsky district, the village of Bellyk, Krasnoturansky district.
The deputies Alexei Boykov, Lyudmila Magomedova, Alena Mironova, Vera Oskina, Irina Ivanova, Alexander Ratakhin, Irina Subocheva, Andrei Gayulsky expressed their comments on the programs and areas of expenditure of funds.
The chairman of the relevant committee of parliament, Ilya Zaitsev, noted that it is important to provide patients with preferential medicines and allocate funds for sanitary aircraft. The volume of financing must be increased, as there was an increase in the cost of a flight hour.
“After consideration of the budget adjustment, we understand that the issue of drug provision is not a lack of funds, but in its quality organization. Work must be accelerated as much as possible from the point of view of the interests of specific patients. This is palliative, medicinal assistance, the development of bone marrow transplantation system for adults. We will understand in detail the functioning of sanitary aviation, which is vital for residents of inaccessible places of our region. The Committee carefully delves into the calculations presented by the Ministry of Health: when it comes to people's lives, it is important to objectively evaluate the situation. For the coming week, we will double -check each figure with the Ministry of Finance of the region to determine further actions, ”said Ilya Zaitsev.
The amendment to the budget will be considered at the nearest session on April 24.
