Russians are increasingly being advised to move into professions related to artificial intelligence. This was reported by the SuperJob research center.
According to the study, 22% of designers advise their colleagues to become prompt engineers. Among PR managers, 14% recommend the profession of artificial intelligence trainer. Among lawyers, 9% consider it promising to become AI specialists. Two years ago, such professions were barely mentioned in retraining surveys. Now they have become one of the noticeable trends in the labor market.
At the same time, Russians have become less likely to advise people to completely move into non-related areas. More often than not, they have become one of the noticeable trends in offering to develop within their profession, change their specialization, or move into new digital directions.
Thus, drivers are still more often advised to become special equipment operators. Workers recommend staying in blue-collar jobs, but changing their profile. Teachers more often suggest changing discipline, becoming a speech therapist or psychologist. Accountants advise moving to another industry or mastering the profession of economist. Programmers often recommend staying in development but learning other programming languages.
Among those who have already changed their profession and are satisfied with the result, the main advantage was not money, but new opportunities for development. This was said by 35% of survey participants. A salary increase was cited by 9% as the main advantage.
3,000 representatives of common professions took part in the open survey.
