In the Bogotol region, the owner of an abandoned building was required to take security measures. The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk region reported this.
We are talking about a two-story stone building on Sovkhoznaya Street in the village of Kritovo. A local entrepreneur bought it in 2024, but after that the property was not actually used. An investigation by the prosecutor's office showed that the owner did not ensure the safety of the building. Access inside was not limited, which is why outsiders could freely enter the room.
The prosecutor's office noted that such abandoned objects can be dangerous for people. They especially often attract teenagers and random passers-by. The owner did not carry out restoration work, did not preserve the facility and did not close free access to the building.
Since the violations were not voluntarily eliminated, the prosecutor's office went to court. The court supported the requirements of the supervisory agency and ordered the owner to take measures to prevent outsiders from getting inside the dangerous building.
The implementation of the decision is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
