In Krasnoyarsk, parents were deprived of their rights after a story involving a child left in an apartment

In Krasnoyarsk, a court deprived the mother and father of a 3-year-old child of parental rights. This was reported in the Kirovsky District Court.

We have previously written about this case. In February 2026, police noticed a child in the window of an apartment on Shcherbakova Street. He looked scared and exhausted. When police entered the apartment, they found the child without clothes. The room was in disarray, there was an unpleasant smell, and there was also a dog and a cat there.

The child was taken from the apartment and placed in an orphanage. His health condition was assessed as moderate. A criminal case was opened against the mother for attempted murder of a minor. The guardianship authority filed a lawsuit to deprive the parents of their rights.

The court also indicated that the child’s father had evaded parental responsibilities for a long time. The Kirovsky District Court deprived both parents of their rights. Also, child support was collected from each of them. The amount of payments will be a quarter of all types of earnings or other income monthly.
